Opera Portable (from PortableApps.com) is found on my system in the following folder:
- D:\PortableApps\PortableApps\OperaPortable\App\Opera\53.0.2907.68\opera.exe
Errors:
- The installed version is not detected (the text Unknown is shown)
Notes:
- In the Windows 10 Settings the portable application Opera is not listed in the list of installed applications.

Cool, the version number is now detected correctly!
So the issue is solved.
