Added Speccy

I see Speccy in the scan results, but only one version:

• D:\PortableApps\PortableApps_SpeccyPortable\Speccy.exe

So the following version is missing:

• D:\PortableApps\PortableApps_SpeccyPortable\Speccy64.exe

I uploaded the app-icon in PNG format.
Unfortunately PNG has no transparent colour, so I extracted the icon from the EXE with an icon editor.
In the icon file there are multiple sizes stored (so the icon scales).

Here is the new app-icon in ICO format:

In VulnDetect I still don't see the 64 Bit version.
For exchanging the icon I added Speccy (Portable) - Change App-Icon
