The app-icon is now shown.
Issue is solved.

I uploaded the app-icon in PNG format.
Unfortunately PNG has no transparent colour, so I extracted the icon from the EXE with an icon editor.
In the icon file there are multiple sizes stored (so the icon scales).

Here is the new app-icon in ICO format:

@Tom Did you replace the icon yet?
It is hard to see if you used the new ICO or the old PNG
