[Solved] VLC media player​​ - Critical Vulnerability

I read that for the VLC media player​​ there is an update available that patches an critical vulnerability:

The vulnerability should be fixed in 3.0.2

I unfortunately have only the installers of 3.0.2 and 3.0.3 so I can not test if 3.0.1 is marked as unsafe.
Did you test it?
